Food is okay. Staff is horrible. A few girls of the darker color thinks it's funny to not listen to what you want.. And when you call them out for screwing up or asking for the correct order they get all bent out of shape. Why do people take jobs they don't want to work?

Caught the guy giving me a half order of chicken and tried to immediately cover it with salsa. When I called him out on it, he smirked at me and put the regular amount in it. Love Chipotle and will continue to eat it, but never again at this location.

This chipotle is some what smaller than traditional chipotles I have been to. The location is susceptible to the lunch rush and seating is limited, so come early if your desire is to eat within the restaurant. The food is standard amongst other locations.

GROSS! I used to come here all the time and order a burrito but I Ordered the tacos because a friend of mine put an earworm of tacos consistently in my head the past week. Had one of each. Barbacoa, sofritas, steak. the steak awful...each piece of steak was fat, I showed the manager he said oh it's just grisso....(this wasn't just grisso) the whole entire piece of steak was fat. Well he apologized and he promptly prepared a new taco for me. This time it was carnitas. Didn't finish, Still couldn't get past that fatty steak. (Eeww) This place used to be so good when it opened just a few years ago but the quality of what you pay for has gone down hill.

I already wrote a review of Chipotle for Normal, IL, so I'll keep this brief. Chipotle is fantastic. The value you get is amazing. I get a huge veggie burrito double wrapped with everything in it for less than $7. I order it online so I don't have to deal with the awkwardness of explaining that I want literally everything inside my burrito. My burrito is prepared in minutes, and picking it up is a breeze. I don't go here as often as I did in Illinois because this location is not as close to my residence. But I can't downgrade a restaurant based on location, unless there were other circumstance involved. Chipotle is a chain, but it gets 5 stars. It meets all of the criteria for such a rating. Excellent product. Outstanding value. Solid service.

This place is always busy but the service is decent. The set up is similar to what they normally have. Many seats and tables hidden everywhere. The drinks are still on the side with the condiments. The menu is by the door so that you can choose while waiting or know what you are going to order by the time you get to the servers.

The food is decent. The burrito is huge and plenty of rice which I love. I've never eaten inside, always crowded. The only issue I have is it's impossible for me to hear what they're asking behind their counter. I swear they're just whispering sometimes. Speak up please.

It's a Chipotle like any other. Busy cause it's new. Food is fresh and good, service was nice. portions LARGE.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a chipotle. I ordered a burrito but asked for then to melt the cheese first and they told me can't do that with out charging me an extra burrito. ($14!!!) when I asked why they said it's their policy, which is crap. The sales people (Melissa was the one girls name) were rude and the food was over cooked and gross. I will never go back here again.

If you like chipotle you'll love a local restaurant called CHIVE. It's on old dixie right next to country kitchen. Way more options like lobster, shrimp and mahi plus all the regular meats. Best new restaurant in town.

Worst Chipotle EVER! Meat portions are way less than other Chipotles every time and this is obviously directed by management.
